It has been said, speak when angry and you will make the best speech you ever regret. The words we use say a lot about how we think or feel. Words are powerful. Do you “catastrophize” situations? Do you get to or have to? What’s the difference? What does it mean if you say you love or hate something? On this call we will discuss what an emotional vocabulary is and how small distinctions in your speaking can change your perspective immensely.
