What is DiY Mind Design?
The DiY Mind Design series is an instructional process where I will teach you how to understand what is in your head, what you should keep, toss or get more of.
You will end each session with an action plan for how you can begin to implement what you are learning and do it yourself!
How Does DiY Mind Design Work?
All of the sessions are live and interactive and you will have the opportunity to learn along with a small group of other women from the comfort of your own home. Each series is 4 weeks, 1 per week for 1 hour. They are all delivered in a virtual classroom so you will participate from the comfort of your own home.
This is a fantastic and affordable way to access coaching in a very relaxed setting, while connecting , learning and sharing with other women.
Who is DiY Mind by Design for?
DiY Mind Design is for any woman (sorry fellas) who would like to participate in coaching and learn how to manage her own thoughts, feelings and patterns of behavior.
DiY is about making changes, not excuses so get ready to get to work!
